Unfortunately, we have been notified today that the arena will not be ready to reopen in October as we had originally hoped. Based on the current construction and restoration schedule, the work is now anticipated to be completed in mid-November. Once the facility is turned back over to the Municipality, our Parks and Recreation team will require approximately two additional weeks to build and prepare the ice before we can safely welcome everyone back.

 

In light of recent developments, we are in the process of readjusting our upcoming programs to take place at the Flesherton Arena as we kick off our season until the middle of November. This decision comes after careful consideration and planning to ensure that our activities are well-organized and enjoyable for all participants. Further details regarding schedules and events will be shared soon, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we make this transition.
